Post 104 is looking for new members, The eligibility dates are listed below. If anyone knows of someone that fits the criteria, contact any officer including emailing me and we will contact the person(s). Also if someone is interested in reviving the Auxiliary, please contact me and I will bring it up at our meetings. All the criteria for becoming a member of the Legion or Auxiliary can be found on the legion membership page or the auxiliary page. You can also come to our meetings for further information.All members are welcome to come to any of our meetings. They are held every second Monday of the month, starting at 7:00 PM and ending around 8:00 PM. Hope to see you there.
We have started a Sons of the American Legion squadron, with a minimum of 10 people. We are looking for more members. There is no age limit, eligibility starts from date of birth. If you know of anyone who would be interested, please contact me at wbmstr104@aol.comThe eligibility requirements are; All male descendants, adopted sons and stepsons, of members of the American Legion, any male descendant of a veteran, who has passed away, either as a result of wartime, or after he has been honorably discharged from the service, whether or not that person was a member of the American Legion. The veteran must have served in these time periods;
April 6, 1917 to Nov. 11, 1918
Dec 7,1941 to Dec. 31, 1946
June 25, 1950 to Jan. 31, 1955
Feb. 28, 1961 to May 7, 1975
Aug. 24, 1982 to July 31, 1984
Dec. 20 1989 to Jan 31, 1990
Aug. 2 1990 to Present
